The New York State Department of Health is excited to announce a training initiative to support best practices in Home and Community-Based Services Final Rule-compliant person-centered planning, thinking, and practice in New York State.

What: A series of half or full day Regional Trainings and instructor and self-directed Learning Institutes provided at no cost to training participants
When: Now through the end of 2020
Where: Every region of New York State
