RoP Requirement: Food Safety Course

NYSHFA has been in the process of exploring a few food safety courses to help our members satisfy the RoP as it relates to the food manager. This course is a national certification course for food service management and safety from a national certifying body. We found this course to be of reasonable cost and user friendly. For more information about the course click here https://www.statefoodsafety.com/. Just a reminder that CMS has not implemented proposed changes as of this time. NYSHFA continues to encourage members to implement Phase 3 of the RoP.
