FQC Continues to Partner with Iroquois Healthcare Association Workforce Investment Organization to Fund and Deliver its Leadership Program

The Foundation for Quality Care is excited to announce our continuing partnership with the Iroquois Healthcare Association Workforce Investment Organization (IHA WIO), an initiative funded through the Medicaid Redesign Waiver which aims to retrain, recruit and retain healthcare workers in the long-term care sector, also known as the Workforce Investment Program.

Through this partnership, the FQC will provide three courses during the months of October and November.

The Iroquois Healthcare Association (IHA) has been designated as a state Workforce Investment Organization (WIO) by the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH).

IHA has extensive experience with development and implementation of healthcare workforce training initiatives.  IHA is a not-for-profit health care trade organization representing 54 hospitals and health care systems, including 25 nursing homes and 41 home care agencies.  For more information, please visit  The FQC is proud to partner with them on these workforce initiatives.
