DOH is Conducting a Survey about Customer Satisfaction

DOH notified us today that they sent an email with a Survey Monkey related to Customer Satisfaction activities being conducted to NYS SNF Administrators this week. They would like you to complete this by July 12, 2019. We would encourage you to do so. As most of you may remember, the FQC submitted a proposal to utilize CMS monies to conduct an expanded grant funded Customer Satisfaction Grant project to assist SNF with a third party administered customer and family satisfaction survey and then provide coaches to assist your teams with results analysis and implementation strategies via your QAPI process. Our initial grant demonstrated positive results. We encourage you to think about your needs and communicate those to the DOH.
