The Facility Evacuation Planning Application (FEPA) (previously known as Facility Profile Application) is a planning tool designed to facilitate the development and maintenance of Health Care Facility (HCF) (adult care facility, hospital, and nursing home) evacuation planning information related to evacuation and send/receive arraignments. The FEPA has been modified as an all hazards planning tool for New York State (NYS) healthcare facilities. See attached for further information regarding the webinars.
