NYSHFA Town Hall Meetings to Restart August 23

NYSHFA will be restarting our Town Hall Meetings on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 11:00 am. – 12:00 noon. We will hold additional calls on:

Thursday, September, 2018
Thursday, October 18, 2018

We plan to record each session in 2018 to meet your additional needs. These calls will be for NYSHFA members only, as most topics will reflect activity related to surveys and the requirements of participation. We will send out the call-in number a couple days before each date with the agenda. Linda Elizaitis, President of CMS Compliance Group Inc., will assist again with surveys updates and NYSHFA staff will provide additional updates as you have requested. First Line Manager Program

The 2018 Fall First Line Manager Program will be taking place at the NYSHFA Office in Albany beginning Wednesday September 12, 2018 from 9:00 - 3:00 p.m.


This eight day program will provide the opportunity to learn new leadership skills, fine-tune existing knowledge, explore supervisory strategies, and operationally apply the skills and competencies that are needed to be an effective First Line Manager/Supervisor in today’s SNF setting.
