Advisory: Severe Cold Weather and Carbon Monoxide Advisory for Providers from NYSDOH

The coldest air mass of the season arrived today and is anticipated to continue into Friday night across the region.  The very cold temperatures combined with strong gusty winds will allow for wind chill values to reach dangerous, to potentially life threatening levels. Frost bite and hypothermia which can occur within 15 minutes if precautions are not taken. Please see attached advisory from the NYSDOH.
