The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) has a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services/Administration for Community Living to advance person-centered, trauma-informed services for Holocaust Survivors and to build the capacity of the Aging Services Network to serve Holocaust Survivors and other older adult victims of trauma.
AHCA/NCAL is assisting JFNA by distributing this brief survey about the current level of understanding of person-centered, trauma-informed care in the Aging Services Network.
