FQC's Customer Satisfaction Survey Project Audio Conference

FQC to select 35 nursing homes for Two-Year Customer Satisfaction & Quality Improvement Project.  The New York State Department of Health has contracted with the FQC to implement improvements for nursing home residents in response to customer satisfaction survey results.  The FQC will partner with the National Research Corporation to implement the My InnerView customer satisfaction tool for 4,725 residents in 35 nursing homes.  The project has the potential to drive significant improvements in New York nursing homes. The project will use a written survey, in-person interviews, resident survey assistance, and family surveys, so that those who have difficulty expressing themselves in the traditional pen-and-paper process can still have a voice.  For an informational flyer for your facility, please click here.

 

FQC will host two informational audio conferences to discuss the project and how nursing homes can apply to participate as follows:

Tuesday, December 15th at 2:00 pm

Thursday, December 17th at 11:00 am
