According to the notification below from the NYSDOH, IPRO will continue to deliver PRI/SCREEN training through September 2015, at which time SUNY at Albany School of Public Health will begin delivering the in-person training. You are directed to go to the IPRO website for training dates/registration, look under the “For Providers” tab. The IPRO training schedule is as follows:

“The New York State Department of Health's PRI and Screen Training and Certification Program is being transitioned to the SUNY at Albany School of Public Health. The School of Public Health will deliver in-person PRI training beginning in the Fall of 2015 to allow Registered Nurses to complete the Hospital/Community (H/C) PRI to assess a person's condition and the amount of care required, and will also develop an online training for professionals responsible for discharge planning and Residential Health Care Facility placement in use of the Department's Screen form to assess a person for possible mental illness, intellectual disability and/or developmental disability. To address immediate training needs, IPRO will deliver PRI and Screen training sessions through September 2015.
