Governor Cuomo's State of the State Address Postponed

Governor Cuomo's State of the State Address has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 21st at 1:30 pm, to be held in the Empire State Convention Center. The postponement is due to the passing of his father, former Governor Mario Cuomo.
