OSHA Form 300A Must be Posting Feb 1st

Nancy Leveille and Karen Morris in Clinical & Quality

Just a reminder that beginning February 1st each year, employers are required to post a summary of the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during the previous year.  The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that the summary, OSHA Form 300A, remains posted from February 1 through April 30.  Employers with ten or fewer employees are exempt from federal OSHA injury and illness record keeping and posting requirements.  For more information and a link to the form and directions for completion, go to the OSHA website at http://www.osha.gov/recordkeeping/RKforms.html
